Warehouse Operative / System Packer
Stoke-on-Trent (ST1)
Key responsibilities for Warehouse Operative:
- Perform final visual inspections of computer systems for quality and finish.
- Thoroughly clean systems before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Carefully pack systems using internal packaging materials and securely box them for shipment.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely shipment of all orders.
- Liaise with Technicians to prioritize packing based on daily production schedules and deadlines.
- Report any defects or concerns to the relevant team for resolution before dispatch.
Minimum requirements:
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards consistently.
- Good time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Physically fit to lift and move computer systems and boxes (average weight between X-kg, can be heavier requiring two people).
- Experience in packing or quality control is desirable but not essential.
- Hand scanning experience.
