The Role
We're looking for skilled MIG fabricators with strong hands‑on fabrication experience to support increasing workload and long‑term production demand. The work is varied, practical, and engineering‑focused – ideal for someone who enjoys fabrication rather than repetitive welding‑only work.
What We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel fabrications
- Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
- Fabricating one‑off and short‑run assemblies
- Measuring, fitting, and assembling fabricated components
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
- Supporting production output targets safely and efficiently
Hours & Overtime
Standard hours Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30, Friday: 07:30 – 13:30. Overtime available from 06:00 Saturday morning regularly available. Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate. Overtime applies after 40 hours worked.
Pay & Benefits
£16 per hour depending on experience, weld test, and capability. Stable day‑shift hours. Company pension. On‑site parking. Flexible holiday booking. Local café.
