We are seeking a responsible and experienced supervisor (Cell Leader) to join in our Semi Automated Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will be operating within a high complexity environment and demonstrate a sound understanding of distribution centre processes and have a keen interest in robotics/automation.
Within the distribution centre there is a number of heavily automated elements, including robots; therefore a successful candidate must have some exposure in operating automated equipment.
It Is Essential To Have:
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with WMS / warehouse systems and stock control.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high complexity environment.
- High level of numeracy and literacy.
- Experience delivering against KPI targets.
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience of continuous improvement / Lean / Kaizen.
- Ability to motivate and engage teams to achieve objectives.
