What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the temporary industrial recruitment sector.

Make outbound sales calls and conduct business development activities to generate leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs and secure new contracts.

Negotiate commercial terms (with guidance) and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.

Attend client meetings and networking events to expand market presence.
