Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle checks before each round.
- Drive the team of loaders who will be collecting bins.
- Drive to the tip once the vehicle reaches maximum weight.
- Report any issues and complete all relevant paperwork.
Minimum Requirements
- Maximum 6 penalty points.
- Valid full UK HGV C driving licence.
- Methodical mind-set.
- Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality.
- 5 years of full work history.
- PPE – safety boots and hi-visible jacket (provided).
Pay and Hours
- Pay rate: £13.91 per hour (PAYE, paid weekly), rising to £15.36 per hour.
- Statutory deductions for tax, NI and pension apply if not opted out.
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday 06:15 – 15:00, Friday 06:15 – 14:30.
