Key Responsibilities
- Greet all staff, visitors, and deliveries; handle queries and direct individuals to the appropriate department
- Provide non-discriminatory support to all workers
- Maintain up-to-date, multi-lingual communication boards
- Assist the recruitment officer to facilitate the arrival process
- Ensure all farm workers are fully inducted on farm procedures
- Support the HR Manager in identifying annual training needs
- Assign accommodation within occupancy limits according to farm policy
- Coordinate and assist the site maintenance team regarding pre-arrival and pre-departure checks
- Complete Fitness for return to work, illness, absence, and holiday forms as required
- Actively identify and mitigate risks of exploitation within the labour supply chain
- Assist Directors and senior management with administrative assistance as required
Requirements
- Ability to speak Russian
- Previous administrative experience within the fruit production or agricultural sector is highly desirable
- Able to be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of using initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new and developing agricultural software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
Pay rate: £13.41 - £13.83 per hour PAYE, paid weekly depending on experience
Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 5-6 days a week 08:00 - 18:00
