An automotive component manufacturer with sites worldwide requires a Maintenance Technician to respond to general, unplanned and routine maintenance of the plant. The ideal candidate will be City & Guild level 3 in mechanical or electrical.
Commutable from: Crowle, Scunthorpe, Elsham, Greetwell, Kirton in Lindsey, Hatfield
Rate: £. per hour plus 5% shift allowance
Working hours: Week 1 Mon, Tue, Wed 6am until 6pm; Week 2 Mon, Tue 6pm until 6am, Thurs - Fri 6am until 6pm; Week 3 Wed, Thurs, Fri 6pm until 6am
The Role:
- Reporting into the Maintenance Manager you will have the following duties:
- Adhere to health & safety regulations.
- Support production requirements on a range of injection moulding.
- Undertake planned service work and installation.
The Person:
Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds level 3 in mechanical or electrical you will have the following experience:
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical knowledge with the ability to read diagrams and drawings.
- 3rd Edition Electrical, overhead crane license, 6 and 3 axis robot experience and injection moulding knowledge are desirable.
