Telford office based, Monday – Friday. Salary circa £30,000 plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme and bonus scheme. Work in a dynamic environment with a great team where no one day will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Follow up and contact potential opportunities through cold calls, emails or LinkedIn.
  • Utilize CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Coordinate project activity and trade events to promote the business and create marketing initiatives in line with these.
  • Co‑ordinate and arrange meetings, including accommodation.
  • Train employees on the use of CRM / SAP as well as providing ongoing support with system changes / new procedures.
  • Act as the link between other departments and the Sales team.
  • Update accreditations, the training matrix and Health.
