Key Role And Responsibilities For Production Operatives:
- Assist with the preparation and production of bakery products
- Operate machinery safely under supervision (training provided)
- Pack finished products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following hygiene standards
- Record production activities and report any issues promptly
Pay rate: £. per hour PAYE, paid weekly. Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply.
Working hours: Any 4 days out of 7 Sunday to Saturday. Shift times as follows: : to : / : to : or Fixed shift 2 days / 2 nights - 4 days off : - : / : - :
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered)
- Previous food-production experience is helpful but not essential
