The Role
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking and production processes
- Operating machinery and production equipment (full training provided)
- Filling, labelling and packing products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
Minimum requirements for Production Operative
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work well in a fast-paced production environment
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Previous food production or factory experience is desirable but not essential
