Job role / duties:
- Based in the main office you will be the first point of call for all visitors.
- Answer the telephone, deal with queries and take messages.
- Transfer quotes onto Sage.
- Receive orders via email.
- Check prices for accuracy and stock availability.
- Deal with price and stock queries and process orders.
- Liaise with Head Office in Europe regarding customer queries.
- Handle import/export paperwork once trained.
- Assist with other duties in the office and warehouse when needed.
Requirements:
- Be willing and quick to learn.
- Enjoy working in a small and busy team.
- Want to take on responsibility once trained.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be numerate and literate.
- Have a good standard of computer literacy.
