Location: Stoke-on-Trent ST1 area

Temporary role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct vehicle checks before starting the round.
  • Drive the team of loaders who will be collecting bins.
  • Head to the tip once maximum weight is reached.
  • Report any issues and complete all relevant paperwork.
Minimum Requirements
  • Maximum 6 penalty points.
  • Valid full UK HGV C driving licence.
  • Methodical mindset.
  • Positive attitude towards completing tasks to a high quality.
  • 5 years of full work history.

PPE: Safety boots and hi‑visible jacket required (provided).

Pay Rate

£13.91 per hour (PAYE, paid weekly). Raising to £15.36 per hour. Statutory deductions for tax, NI and pension if not opted out apply.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday 06:15 – 15:00, Friday 06:15 – 14:30.
