Responsibilities:
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in warehouse and production areas.
- Load and unload materials and products as required.
- Ensure stock and materials are stored safely and accurately.
- Assist production and warehouse teams with material handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Complete relevant paperwork and report any issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Valid FLT (counterbalance) licence and experience operating in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling (reasonable adjustments considered).
Pay and Hours:
- Pay rate: £13.39 per hour / PAYE, paid weekly.
- Working hours: 36.5 Hours – Monday to Thursday 06:00–14:00 / Friday 06:00–13:00. Rotating shift: Monday‑Thursday 14:00–22:00 / Friday 13:00–20:00.

Position is subject to a Mandatory Health & Safety Site Induction prior to starting. Commutable from areas such as Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
