Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5
Ongoing Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and production of bakery products
- Operate machinery safely under supervision (training provided)
- Pack finished products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following hygiene standards
- Record production activities and report any issues promptly
- Flexibility to work across various departments within the company
Pay rate: £13.11 - £13.15 per hour PAYE, paid weekly. Statutory deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply.
Working Hours: Any 3-5 days out of 7, Sunday to Saturday, 12h shifts.
Shift Times as follows:
- 18:30 - 06:30
- 06:30 - 18:30
- 19:00 to 07:00
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered)
- Previous food-production experience is helpful but not essential
