Working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, your objective will be to ensure the smooth running of purchasing and inventory coordination that will keep the supply chain efficient. Duties Issue purchase orders for materials and coordinate with internal & external logistics stakeholders to meet production schedules. Produce / maintain transport schedules on a weekly basis Ensure all import paperwork matches to purchase orders for invoicing Ensure effective inventory monitoring to avoid under/over item stocking Monitor supplier performance and record any discrepancies Keep supplier data accurate Contribute to department meetings in order to update stakeholders of any issue Essential criteria Proven ability and skill in purchasing administration and SAP experience.
