A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen their team. Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day delivery of projects from inception to completion
- Developing the project management strategy and delivery
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects
- Attending and chairing meetings
- Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships
Skills & Experience
- Relevant construction related degree
- Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
- Flexible and can work to deadlines
