My client is an M&E Contractor managing an array of medium to large scale building services projects, which as a result of continued success and continued project award requires a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join the team.

As Mechanical Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects working alongside the other disciplines, as well as the management of existing Project Managers within the team. This is a key position within the business, and as such they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager with a track record of delivery within Mechanical Construction projects.

You will be responsible for managing the process from start to finish, managing sub-contractors and the internal site Project Management Team, attending client project briefings and ensuring all project installations run smoothly to a successful handover.

We are seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager who holds relevant mechanical building services qualifications and experience working for either a Principal Contractor or M&E Building Services contractor as a Project Manager / Contracts Manager.
