We are a seeking a Project Manager who has worked with Timber Frame stuctures previously and delivered residential refurbishment and new build projects from concept to completion. My client uses MS Project to plan, programme and coordinate works therefore experience using this software is advantageous. You will be responsible for client / customer management, procuring materials and labour, overseeing site activities and ensuring the projects are delivered to time, budget and standard. As a small -medium size business my client has a positive and friendly culture engrained throughout, and offers support and reward. One of the projects is located in North Surrey and the other project in North London, so the ability to commute to either project is essential.
