Mechanical Project Manager, Cambridgeshire My client is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager/Clerk of Works to work client side on a range of projects across a number of sectors. This role is a growth position as they have secured a number of projects moving forward. The company turn over in the region £25 million, are well established and have a solid team in place to grow from. They are a Design and Build Contractor working on projects across the commercial, hotel, leisure and public sectors. This role is in need of a solid Mechanical Project Manager who is able to deal with the client, consultants and contractors to deliver projects from Stage 2 to handover. You will need experience of commissioning projects via subcontractors, monitoring design, delivering the project and managing the overall delivery via subcontractors. Excellent client facing skills, experience of tender process and representing the client are also pre-requisites. As a growing company, with some highly innovative projects underway, this role is pivotal to the development of their team. Established for approaching 17 years, they have a vast amount of skills and experience already within the business and are looking for someone to compliment this, who wants to progress their career and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
