Our client is a Construction and Engineering contractor who, due to new project awards and headcount growth, require a Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. They are also open to applications from Junior and Senior Project Managers given the projects they have secured.
The projects range in scale from £100K to £5m, consisting of new build, refurbishment and upgrades to existing buildings. All the projects are building construction and building fabric biased.
They are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum HNC/HND qualification who is experienced in delivering building fabric and construction projects up to £2.5 million.
Responsibilities:- The successful delivery of projects and handover to client
- On site client management and development
- Project programming
- Financial control and reporting
- Managing subcontractors
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring works are completed to time, budget and standard
- Health and safety on site
