Looking to step into a high-impact role on a major infrastructure project? We’re seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on complex MEP packages within a secure, technically challenging environment. This is a great opportunity to work on nationally significant projects while benefiting from a progressive 4-day working week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading commercial management from pre-construction through to final account
- Managing procurement, tendering, and subcontractor selection
- Overseeing valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Driving cost efficiency and value engineering
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
- Experience delivering MEP packages
- Proficient in CostX and Excel
- Solid understanding of NEC, JCT, or similar contracts
