A leading construction and engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join their Southampton office. The team operates in a variety of different sectors including cutting edge science and technology, higher education and public sector.
Role & Responsibilities of the Associate Director: Pre and post contract cost management, including setting budgets, managing change, assessing risk and opportunity and procurement.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across various offices.
Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships.
Deliver projects to a high-quality standard.
Skills & Experience of the Associate Director: Ideally MRICSExperience managing internal and external project teams. Strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working on major projects.
