Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential.
Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Day‑to‑day delivery of projects ranging from £50K to £1M.
- Developing the project management strategy and delivery.
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects.
- Attending and chairing meetings.
- Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships.
