They are now looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to provide support to the Surveying team on a good mix of professional and project work. Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Building Surveyor:
- Assist with project and professional surveying duties working with public and private sector clients
- Assist with design, project management and contract administration on various projects
- Assist with specification writing, tendering
- Building and condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall
Skills & Experience of the Graduate Building Surveyor:
- Degree in Building Surveying
- AutoCAD experience
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
