Responsibilities

As a Design Selling Leader, you will:

  • Partner with Managers and Designers to achieve goals and improve overall performance.
  • Manage, develop, train, and motivate a team of design associates while maintaining high customer contact.
  • Collaborate with each team member on design projects, customer relationships, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the design process, review, and provide feedback on projects, utilizing both technical and creative skills in color and space planning.
  • Demonstrate residential interior design expertise.
  • Train and coach team members in design, product knowledge, sales, and customer service.

Position Requirements

Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends. Interior Design degree and/or professional portfolio is a plus.
