The Technical Data Specialist will provide high-quality data management support to the Technical and Marketing departments. This role supports the digital transformation of technical support and information.

What you’ll do:

  • Enter, coordinate, maintain, and validate all technical data and content for our tools that support customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various systems, including internal, external, third-party tools, databases, and platforms.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and support project delivery in line with the Technical and Marketing digital roadmap and plans.
  • Provide customer support by answering questions via email and phone.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar data entry, data management, or administrative role, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using multiple databases and systems.
  • Customer service mindset and collaborative attitude.
