Join our team to drive the market strategy for Etex Building Performance\’s Siniat brand. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-tier commercial performance by developing robust and purpose-fit specifications that align with our market goals.
What you’ll do
- Maintaining regular contact with existing and prospective customers
- Providing expert technical advice and solutions
- Managing relationship with architects, main contractors, key sub-contractors, and fire protection contractors
- Updating CRM daily with key project and customer information
- Working closely with the other Etex departments
- Identifying new market sectors where Etex Brands can deliver best value
What you’ll bring
- You will have demonstratable experience of being able to create bespoke ‘engineered’ solutions for specific customer construction projects
- You will have an update to date understanding of building regulations and standards
- You will have the ability to interpret architectural drawing and plans
- You will be proficient in the use of construction design software and Microsoft packages
