About The Opportunity
- Lead and manage a small team to achieve sales and margin targets across SA.
- Drive growth through exclusive Siniat-aligned distributors and key account development.
- Be closely aligned to key stakeholders in the local building industry to ensure Siniat solutions are specified in commercial projects.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and manage strategic customer relationships for both the residential and commercial segments.
- Track construction project opportunities and deliver customer presentations and training.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and strategy development.
- Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the region.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and leadership, ideally in building materials.
- Proven success in developing high-performing teams and achieving KPIs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and market leadership.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Existing relationships with residential and commercial builders are a plus.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
