The Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of the factory team and focuses on maintaining high standards for quality and EHS (environment, health & safety).

What you’ll do:

• Direct and delegate workload for the team, ensuring all daily and weekly objectives are met.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure all products meet established Quality Procedures.
• Authorize completed check sheets and stillage sheets for dispatch.
• Conduct end-of-shift checks, including maintenance of equipment, reviewing work completed vs. pending tasks, and ensuring all EHS standards are maintained.
• As a designated key holder, uphold safety and security at the factory.

What you’ll bring:

• Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable leadership and supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Experience working within the manufacturing or construction industry.
