The Technical Data Specialist will provide high-quality data management support to the Technical and Marketing departments. This role supports the digital transformation of technical support and information.

What you’ll do:

1. Enter, coordinate, maintain, and validate all technical data and content for our tools that support customers and colleagues.
2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various systems, including internal, external, third-party tools, databases, and platforms.
3. Adhere to compliance regulations and support project delivery in line with the Technical and Marketing digital roadmap and plans.
4. Provide customer support by answering questions through email and phone.

What you’ll bring:

1. Demonstrable experience in a similar data entry, data management, administrative role, or equivalent qualification.
2. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
3. Strong Microsoft Office understanding and experience using multiple databases and systems.
4. Customer service mindset and collaborative attitude.
