The Customer Service Advisor is a pivotal role in our mission to provide the best experience and service for our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Provide basic technical information on Superglass and Sterling products and services and process all purchase orders accurately and effectively.
- Monitor and answer all telephone enquiries in a friendly, professional manner, including questions regarding prices, quotations, and price lists.
- Monitor and address all customer complaints promptly and empathetically in accordance with Company procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock availablility and prompt delivery of all customer orders.
