TheTechnical Design Engineer Siniatwill provide technical advice to both internal and external customers regarding Promats fire protection products as well as answer all customer specification enquiries.

What youll do:

  • Generate customer leads and partner with the Architectural Specification Managers (ASM) to develop customer relationships.
  • Compile project packs of technical specifications and provide the information to customers.
  • Monitor the website and email to answer all technical enquiries.
  • Update technical literature and create technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Complete Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) Level 3 certification in Passive Fire Protection.

What youll bring:

  • Educated to a Degree, HNC/HND or City & Guilds in a Construction, Science, Technical, Building, Architectural or other related field, or a person who can demonstrate work experience in a relevant trade.
  • A clear communicator with an ability to translate complex technical issues into straightforward language.
  • Experience within a customer service role or administrative role in an office environment.
  • Proficiency using CAD is a plus but not required.
