What youll do:
- Support the Senior Shift Leader in the daily running of the production hall.
- Ensure safe working practices are always followed, including permit to work, isolations and LOTOTO procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Lead, guide and develop team members, addressing skill gaps and challenging unsafe or incorrect behaviours.
- Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
