Eternal Elevators is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Junior Office Administrator to join our supportive team in Linlithgow on a Full-Time basis (Monday to Friday 36 to 41 hours). This is a great first full-time role which would suit a school leaver who is keen to learn and build office and customer service experience. No previous office experience is needed. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. What Youll Be Doing Answering calls and taking messages Responding to emails and basic customer enquiries Updating customer details on our systems Helping with filing, scanning, printing and general administration Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks Learning how the lift industry and customer service process works What Were Looking For Friendly, polite and approachable Reliable , punctual and willing to learn Organised and able to follow instructions Confident speaking to people , or keen to build confidence Comfortable using a computer, or happy to learn Positive , enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team School, college, volunteering, part-time work or other activities that show reliability and a willingness to learn are all valuable.
