A Leading Financial services client seeks a Windows 11 Architect to join their IT team.
Location: London (2/3 days office-based)
Please note this role is a 12 Month FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and deployment of Windows 11 across the organization, ensuring a seamless transition from previous operating systems (such as Windows 10).
- Develop strategies for Windows 11 upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to end users and business operations.
- Active Directory (on-Prem), working with DNS/DHCP designs.
- VPN software & certificates.
- GPO implementation to create baselines for Windows 11 build.
- Endpoint management.
- Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows 11 deployments.
- Strong knowledge of local Firewalls/DLP (best practices to lock down workstations).
- Strong Knowledge of Checkpoint or Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Rapid 7 IDR and Rapid 7 VM would be an advantage.
