Iβm currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are looking to appoint a Management Accountant on a full-time, 12-month Fixed Term basis. This is a fully office-based role offering a varied opportunity within a busy and fast-paced finance team. The successful candidate will ideally be part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and have previous experience within a management accounting or general finance role.
The Role:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting month-end processes
- Completing bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Supporting purchase and sales ledger functions where required
- Assisting with accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems
- Supporting cashflow monitoring and daily banking activities
- Assisting with financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
- Supporting year-end processes and audit preparation
- Providing general support across the finance department
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Part-qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, ACA, QBE, or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with European entities
- Experience with VAT Return and Trial Balance preparation
