Our client is recruiting a VIP Desktop Engineer to support prestigious Hedge Fund and Asset & Wealth Management clients. Candidates must have proven VIP / white-glove support experience within a legal or financial services environment.
Role Overview:
- Providing VIP deskside support to Traders and senior stakeholders via phone and in person.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, with a focus on first-time fixes.
- Escalating complex issues with clear and detailed documentation.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal users and external partners.
Technical Skills Required:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
