Proven experience in carve-out or M&A programmes for a multi-site organisation is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools.
  • Align schedules across multiple workstreams, identifying dependencies and critical paths.
  • Regularly update schedules to reflect progress, approved changes, and variations.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track progress against baseline plans, highlight variances, and propose recovery actions.
    • Prepare schedule performance reports (milestone status, slippage analysis, forecast).
    • Support governance forums with accurate scheduling data and insights.
    Skills & Experience
    • Previous experience in a project support role within a large, Separation, or carve-out programme (ideally in a PE or regulated environment).
    • Experience supporting projects involving system separation, data migration, or large-scale technology change.
    • Demonstrable experience supporting robust governance, reporting, and stakeholder management processes.
    • Exposure to technology-enabled change, including infrastructure, applications, and service transition.
    • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including third-party suppliers, system integrators, and senior executives.
