We're looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation programme, leading business analysis across high-profile M&A, carve-out and separation initiatives. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a global organisation undergoing significant change.
Responsibilities- Lead business analysis across large-scale M&A, carve-out and divestment programmes.
- Define BA standards, methodologies and best practices.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape requirements and drive delivery.
- Lead and mentor Business Analysts across multiple workstreams.
- Support enterprise-wide ERP, CRM and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive process improvement, automation and AI-enabled change.
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on enterprise transformation programmes is essential.
- Strong background in Transformations, M&A, Carve-outs or Separations.
- Experience delivering across multiple workstreams.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM or enterprise technology transformation.
- Exposure to automation or AI initiatives is desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
