I’m currently recruiting for an HR Data Reporting Analyst on behalf of a well-established business based in Hoddesdon, EN11. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR systems and reporting experience to join a busy HR function and help deliver accurate workforce insights and support business decision-making.
The role will involve:
- Maintaining accurate HR data across HR, Payroll, Recruitment and L&D systems
- Producing monthly reports, dashboards and workforce analytics
- Responding to ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders
- Supporting HR audits, GDPR compliance and statutory submissions
- Assisting with projects, including pay reviews and engagement surveys
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar HR reporting, HR systems or HR analytics role
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence in handling complex data
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
- A professional and confidential approach to sensitive information
