We are currently recruiting for an ICT Field Support Engineer to join a well-established and growing firm. This role is split between office and field work, with approximately 50% of your time based in the Hoddesdon office and 50% travelling to sites across the South East. You will be responsible for supporting site setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple sites
  • Support Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments
  • Manage and support mobile devices using Intune
  • Autopilot builds and device provisioning
  • Configure and support Switches and Routers
  • Deliver break/fix support across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Administer users and permissions via Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime
