My client are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to provide day-to-day support across HR and payroll administration.

This is a varied role covering payroll, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration and general HR support. You will work closely with the HR Manager, Finance team and employees across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal information, attendance and payroll details.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all documentation and systems are completed and updated.
  • Manage administration relating to employee leavers and offboarding.
  • Assist with benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee queries relating to payroll and HR policies.
  • Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation.
  • Ensure HR records and processes comply with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Produce regular HR reports and provide information for audits when required.
  • Liaise with Finance and external payroll providers.
  • Support the HR Manager with general HR administration, projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and business information.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations and company Information Security policies.
  • Represent the business professionally when dealing with employees, clients and external third parties.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR & Payroll Administrator position.
  • Good understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with employees at all levels of the business.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
