Global Head of Enterprise Architecture
We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed global business to appoint a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture.
This is a key leadership hire, responsible for setting the global Enterprise Architecture strategy, leading a team of six Senior Architects and helping shape the organisation through significant transformation and growth.
M&A, acquisition integration, carve-out or major business transformation experience is essential for this role.
The Role
- Own and drive the global Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap
- Lead, develop and manage a team of six Senior Architects
- Define enterprise-wide technology, data, AI, security and digital strategies
- Shape target architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps
- Provide architecture leadership across major business and technology transformation
- Partner with C-suite and senior business leaders on strategic technology decisions
- Strengthen architecture governance, standards and ways of working
- Provide leadership across Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security
Experience Needed
- Current/recent Head of Enterprise Architecture, EA Director, Global Enterprise Architect or Chief Architect experience
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing architecture teams
- Strong M&A, acquisition integration, carve-out or major business transformation experience
- Experience developing and delivering enterprise-wide technology strategies and multi-year roadmapsBroad architecture leadership across Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security
- Strong C-suite and Board-level stakeholder management
- Experience operating within complex global organisations
