Bromley, Kent | Hybrid Working

We are recruiting for an established law firm based in Bromley that is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join its technology and development team.

Previous experience within a law firm or legal environment would be beneficial, but it is not essential.

We are more interested in strong Business Analysis experience and someone who is comfortable working across both business and technical teams.

The role

  • Gather, analyse and document business, functional, technical and data requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and future requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical and development teams.
  • Define acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes for projects.
  • Run stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, understand business challenges and agree priorities and outcomes.
  • Review technical designs and supplier documentation, identifying gaps, risks and dependencies.
  • Support projects through delivery, testing and implementation.
  • Help ensure delivered solutions meet the original business requirements.

Experience Needed

  • You will have previous experience working as a Business Analyst with the ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You should have experience gathering and documenting functional requirements and acceptance criteria, together with a good understanding of non-functional requirements including security, performance, resilience and supportability.
  • Any previous experience within legal, professional services or another regulated environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Exposure to AI implementation or AI-related projects would also be useful, although again this is not a requirement.
  • You'll need strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the confidence to challenge requirements and proposed solutions where necessary.

If you're looking to join a forward-thinking organisation and make a meaningful impact, please send your CV for consideration.
