We are working with a PE-backed international business looking for their first Global Head of Enterprise Architecture.
The organisation is growing through acquisition and major transformation, and technology will play a key part in bringing new businesses into the Group.
The Role
- Define where the Group’s technology landscape needs to go.
- Build and develop a strong architecture capability.
- Shape the technology approach to M&A and post-acquisition integration.
- Support large-scale business and technology change.
- Reduce complexity across an international technology estate.
- Partner with the CIO and senior business leaders on major technology choices and investment.

Experience Needed
- An established Head of Enterprise Architecture, EA Director or Chief Architect.
- Experience within a PE-backed, acquisitive or M&A-driven business.
- Strong exposure to acquisition integration and large-scale transformation.
- Broad experience across enterprise technology rather than one specialist area.
- A track record of building and managing experienced architecture teams.
- Experience operating across multiple countries and business units.
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to work directly with executive leadership.
