Data Engineer - London/Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Fabric and Azure to join a major organisation investing heavily in its data and technology capability .
Responsibilities
- Design and build data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple data sources.
- Work with Fabric Lakehouses, Notebooks, Pipelines and Workspaces.
- Build solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL and Synapse.
- Develop using SQL, Python and Power Shell.
- Optimise data pipelines, queries and data models.
- Support analytics and reporting using Power BI.
- Ensure strong data quality, security and governance.
- Use Azure Dev Ops/GIT for source control and deployment.
Experience Needed
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric and Azure experience.
- Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL and Synapse.
- Strong SQL plus Python and/or Power Shell.
- Strong ETL/ELT, data modelling and data warehousing experience.
- Azure Dev Ops/GIT experience.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
