Job Description: A Workday Specialist is responsible for designing and configuring Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs. You’ll work in close partnership with a range of both external and internal stakeholders, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with seamless integration. Key Responsibilities : • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability. • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain quality standards throughout the lifecycle. • Serve as the central point of contact. • Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations across all levels of the organisation.
