  • Account management: Basics
  • Google applications and services management: Confirmed
  • User support: Confirmed/Expert
  • INC/REQ management: Confirmed/Expert
  • ITSM incident management (Remedy tickets and requests): Confirmed/Expert
  • Reporting: Basic
  • Google case management: Basic understanding
  • Knowledge of Gmail, Gmeet, Gdrive, Gchat, Google editors (Doc, Sheet, Slide...): Confirmed
  • Knowledge of MS365 - Global Email - Network infrastructure understanding: Basics
  • Resolve Level 2 Google Workspace: Confirmed/Expert
  • Flag technical knowledge gaps: Confirmed
  • Flag ITIL process gaps
