Job Description:
- Provide Live Support including the consolidation of several dashboards for separate independent services into a Live Service view that can drill down by service, rather than maintaining a new dashboard per service
- Configure and set up alerting on services (Legacy) that do not currently have monitoring and alerting in place
- Gather requirements, understand the service, and tailor delivery alerts accordingly
Qualifications:
- SC clearance is required.
- Ideally experience of Grafana monitoring
- Experience of working in a client side role would be beneficial but not essential.
