The gForms team use an in-house tool to rapidly develop digital forms. The multidisciplinary teams utilise key technologies which include Upscan, Kana, Scala, the GDS prototyping kit and Legup.

This is an exciting role for a Performance Analyst who wants to help an important, busy delivery team improve how it uses data to shape and assess the 'always full' pipeline of customer facing digital forms. It is an area with delivery commitments but also lots of opportunity to play and innovate with data. The aspiration is that the new team will have data as a beating heart.

This role will also work closely with the client Senior Performance Analyst in the Forms Landscape who is transforming how data is collected. The role will involve working with stakeholders to establish data frameworks for individual forms to allow tracking performance across the forms journey, not just building queries from specifications.

There are forms that cover every business and customer process in the client, so exploring their data and how this ties into operational data like calls and case working efficiency is part of the bigger picture. The role requires experience in a government environment and service standards. The area is fast-paced, with a short delivery lifecycle and requires someone who is able to context switch quickly and effectively.
